The Mission of VECCS is to provide a forum for collaboration of all individuals interested and involved with veterinary emergency and critical care medicine and surgery. Also, to promote the advancement of knowledge and high standards of practice in veterinary emergency medicine and critical patient care. IVECCS is the place where this Mission is exemplified. Veterinary and Technician experts in Emergency and Critical Care, Small and Large Animal Surgery and Medicine, Practice Management, and Exotic Medicine and Surgery are invited to submit their proposed topics and course descriptions for lecture, workshop and lab sessions. The IVECCS program will cover a wide variety of topics with a wide variety of levels to satisfy the needs of veterinary and technician specialists, advanced clinicians and technicians, general practitioners, and support staff dedicated to, or having a special interest in, Emergency and Critical Care.
If your topics are not selected for IVECCS, you will not receive an acceptance confirmation. However, your topics will remain in the speaker database, and the information can be updated at any time for consideration for future meetings. Preference will be given to active VECCS members, and all ACVECC speakers must be VECCS members to be considered. Compensation is based on number of hours presenting.
