FAQs
What is the cancellation policy?
- Reg Open – June 30th: You may cancel and get refunded 80%, paying a 20% admin fee OR switch to a virtual registration and be refunded the difference
- July 1 – July 31st: You may cancel and get a 50% refund OR switch to a virtual registration and be refunded the difference
- Beginning August 1st: NO REFUNDS
- Reminder: Early Bird Pricing Ends July 31st
Registration cancellations must be made in writing to [email protected]. An administrative fee will be charged based on the General Registration fees paid and date of cancellation. Registrations are non-transferable.
REGISTRATION CHANGES
After receipt of Registration Confirmation, you may add courses online or request changes to your LES course selections by contacting the Registration Center. Please email changes to: [email protected] or call 1 (888) 491-0569 for support.
Note that a $10 fee will be charged for changing your registration, i.e. changing LES courses. Fee does not apply if adding an LES course.
The above policy applies to your IVECCS 2021 Registration fees only, any VECCS membership fees will not be refunded.
What is in included in Virtual Registration?
The virtual registration includes 4 tracks per day that will be live-streamed, during the in-person sessions in Nashville. This means, they are only available to watch at the time and date they are listed in the program (local Nashville time, CDT).

What does 'on-demand' mean, in reference to the MDRs?
MDRs only will be on-demand to view at your convenience for a limited amount of time.
