VECCS Spring
Symposium
2022

March 24-27, 2022

Track Your CE Credits

To receive CE Credit, attendees are responsible to scan themselves into each session using the QR code that is provided at your seat. VECCS tracks session scans by the timestamp that they are submitted, so be sure to scan in at the time of the session.

Steps to gain CE Credit:

1) Use your phone or tablet’s camera to scan the QR code found at your seat.

2) Click “open in browser” to open the google form titled “CE Session Tracker – SPRING 2022”.

3) Complete the form with your first and last name and click submit.

4) You must scan in at the time of the session – Submissions more than 10 minutes before or after the session will not receive credit.

5) You must scan into EACH session to receive CE Credit.

After the event, VECCS will compile each attendees’ scans for a max total of 18 medical CE hours. These totals will be submitted directly to CE Broker (https://cebroker.com/) in the weeks following the conference. Attendees can view their earned CE hours by logging in with a free account to CE Broker with their license number.

VECCS will send each attendee a certificate of attendance for the symposium, however, this certificate will not include total CE hours. You can print your CE certificate after the conference from your VECCS Member Profile on our website at www.veccs.org. It is now the attendee’s responsibility to scan in for each session and to keep a log of attended sessions.

For any self-reporting purposes, attendees must use the certificate of attendance and VECCS session log. VECCS does not provide transcripts or lists of attendance.
