Topic: Transparency in Leadership: Building Trust Matters

Description: As leaders, we may struggle with balancing what we share with our team, and how we communicate to them. We may choose to limit what we share and feel we are protecting them from some negative pieces of running a business and managing a team. We may also choose to overshare, which may blur the boundaries of the relationship. During this leadership connection, we will discuss being transparent with your teams in an effective manner while building trust, managing effectively, and prioritize retention of our talented team members.
