Topic: Manager Guilt, Why We Have It and How Do We Get Rid of It

Description: This round table discussion will focus on why managers tend to overburden themselves and feel guilty about it. We will explore how this burden negatively affects both the managers and the rest of the team.

Why do managers need to take time for themselves to prevent burnout?
Can we teach managers how to delegate effectively to their team, creating a better system in their hospital?

We will discuss how such a system can help develop other team members’ skills, ensuring that the manager does not have to do everything alone.
