Obtaining CE Credit for Spring Symposium

To receive CE Credit, attendees are required to scan themselves into each session using the QR code that is provided on the tables in the session room.

VECCS tracks session scans using the CE code word assigned to each session. The code word will be displayed on the screen at the beginning and the end of the session.  Please make sure you enter the email address you registered with, and the code word associated with the session you attended.

Steps to gain CE Credit:

1.            Use your phone or tablet’s camera to scan the QR code found on the tables in the session room.

2.            Click “open in browser” to open the Google form titled “CE Session Tracker – SPRING 2024”.

3.            Complete the form with your email address and the CE Code Word associated with the session.

4.            You must scan into EACH session to receive CE Credit.

After the event, VECCS will compile each attendees’ scans for a maximum of 18 medical CE hours. Following the symposium, VECCS will send each attendee a certificate of attendance for the symposium with total CE hours earned. Session transcripts will be available upon request.

 

These totals will be submitted directly to AAVSB in the weeks following the conference. Attendees can view their earned CE hours by creating or logging in to their free RACEtrack account here: https://www.aavsb.org/veterinary-continuing-education-tracking
